1. Who we are
Tangle Connect (“Tangle”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Tangle Connect Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at Ground Floor, Plot No. 20, Ram Bagh Colony, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201013. These Terms apply to your use of the Tangle Connect app and the website tangleconnect.in. By using Tangle, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can use Tangle
Tangle is for people who live in a residential society on our platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tangle. If you are under 18, you may use Tangle only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
You sign up using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). We check that you live in your society using a one-time location check at sign-up, and society ambassadors may also verify residents. Please give accurate details and keep your phone and account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Your content
You own what you post: posts, photos, messages, events and tournaments. By posting, you allow us to show that content to other residents within the app so Tangle can work. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.
5. What’s not allowed
Do not harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone; impersonate another person or give false details about where you live; post anything illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or misleading; spam, sell aggressively, or misuse residents’ information; or try to hack, copy or disrupt the app. We and society ambassadors may remove content, warn users, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
6. Events, tournaments and meetups
Residents organise events, tournaments and meetups on Tangle. Tangle only helps people connect and organise. We do not run these events and are not responsible for what happens at them. Please take part safely and use your own judgement.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Tangle anytime. To delete your account and data, email us at support@tangleconnect.in. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Tangle running smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent allowed by law, Tangle Connect Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between residents.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Tangle grows. We’ll change the effective date above, and for important changes we’ll let you know in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
