Delete Your Tangle Connect Account

Tangle Connect Private Limited — account & data deletion request

If you’d like to permanently delete your Tangle Connect account and associated data, you can request this at any time — whether or not you’re able to log in to the app.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@tangleconnect.in from any email address, with the subject line “Delete My Account.”

2. In the email, include the phone number registered with your Tangle Connect account. We use it to verify the request belongs to you.

3. We may ask you to confirm the request with a one-time OTP sent to that phone number, to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

4. Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days. We’ll email you once it’s complete.

Note: Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. This is limited to what is necessary and does not exceed 30 days beyond your deletion request unless required by law.
